Dear Unhappy Texan,
Thank you for spending a little time with me today. I know in this post-shutdown world, we all have a massive list of things to do - I appreciate you taking a few minutes to read what I have to say and I promise it will be worth your time. I’m grateful for the chance to improve your health and hopefully, help make your journey to recovery a short, happy one.
Getting sick is no fun, neither is being on lockdown. We are almost a year into the Covid-19 pandemic and now the results of all of the isolation and working from home are becoming apparent. These side effects range from the mild to the severe but all of them are a direct result of being forced to be alone, social distance, and remain indoors for a prolonged period of time.
Of course, following the guidelines was the best course of action to protect your health at the time. However, as we start to regain the ability to function like normal again, there are many things you can do to speed up your recovery while protecting yourself.
We are social creatures by nature and limiting our interactions with friends and family is having a major impact on our mental and physical health. Which is why I have created this special report The Covid-19 Survival Tool Kit- what your doctor and media are not telling you.
